AMd Shipping & Returns, Payments

We make every effort to ensure that your experience with Anna Marešová designers is just right the first time. However, if you need to exchange or return a product, we have a solution.

Refunds
We will refund the full price of your Anna Marešová designers purchase by bank transfer or in cash. First, you need to withdraw from the purchase agreement. You may use this form  (sem bych pak ráda dala nějaký automatický formulář) and return the product to us unopened in its original packaging.

Exchanges
Anna Marešová designers yes, but not this particular product? You may exchange any unopened product for a different one. Of course, we will settle any difference in price. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Defective Product Claims
It does not happen often, but if your Anna Marešová Designers product stops working as it should during the warranty period, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will help you submit a claim in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, and we trust we will find a good solution together.

Standard delivery to address: 190 CZK / 8 EUR
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Zone 4  Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, Estonia, France, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Luxembourg
Standard delivery to address: 370 CZK / 15 EUR
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days.

Zone 5 United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway
Standard delivery to address: 700 CZK / 29 EUR

Please note:
For the Vibrator with a personal message, please allow an additional two weeks for production worldwide.

International orders
If you place an order for delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are applied when the delivery reaches the destination and are your responsibility to pay. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country where the products are delivered.
