I grew up the youngest of three sisters and often had to settle for hand-me-downs. I learned to find value in them, and that has stayed with me. I love old things with soul; when you give them new life and meaning, they become even more special.
People fascinate me in the same way. I care about those who often go unseen, even though their work is visible. That’s how I see design, too. Good design doesn’t shout – it’s simple, honest, functional, and fun. If it doesn’t serve a purpose, it’s clutter. And designers shouldn’t create clutter.
That’s why I choose my projects carefully. Whether it’s a tram, a cable car, or an intimate product, it has to make sense and feel right. I love breaking taboos, but always with intention and heart.
My first intimate products grew without investors because I refused to compromise on principles. No trading quality for quantity. No faceless mass production. Only honest design made locally in the Czech Republic, funded from my own savings. Since then, many beautiful and unexpected projects have followed – from menstrual cups to cable cars. Sometimes I work in millimetres, sometimes in metres, but the underlying principles never change. I live sustainably by nature, and that mindset shapes every project.
No glitter. Just clarity and honesty. Just me, my small but mighty team, and you. No middlemen, no “business bros”, no empty buzzwords. Only real people making things that matter.
Thank you for being here. Your energy keeps it all going.
