This is a selection of projects I care about. They have emerged since 2006 in different situations, for different clients, and at different scales, from urban public space to small, everyday objects. This is not a complete archive. These are works I feel connected to. Some have been realized; others have remained at the concept stage. That, too, is part of being a designer, to propose, to give your best, and to accept that not every design enters production or the world.
The selection includes a city bench for Ústí nad Labem, a headboard for Hästens Prague created for their anniversary, the Mickey Table made from plywood without a single glued or additional joint, the Nikola fast-charging station developed for small-series production in the Czech Republic, porcelain switches and sockets for ABB, a concept Changing unit for FIAT 500X, a beer glass design for Velkopopovický Kozel, and a building kit of the new Petřín funicular created using the Czech construction system SEVA.
The SEVA funicular was designed entirely in an analogue way, without the use of CAD. Not a single new brick had to be produced, it is a sustainable kit assembled exclusively from existing elements. We created it in 2024 to make the waiting time for the reopening of the real Petřín funicular more enjoyable. The building kit is also available in our online store.
Each of these projects is different. What connects them is a way of thinking, a search for simplicity, respect for material, and an interest in how things truly function and how people physically engage with them.
